The batch I made on this setting was excellent in the get-go, with unique, intact grains that were chewy and only got sweeter with time about the Keep Heat placing. The batch even held strong for over 66 hrs without any major degradation. Each individual batch was hand-rinsed five occasions and none ended up soaked previous to hitting their preset
